Associated with the exhibition Vulnerable Critters, which posits vulnerability and contact as both necessary and desirable, this year’s line-up for The Magnetic Terrace underscores the power and beauty of the fragile and contagious through eight films and concerts.
The outdoor cinema will screen cult classics, B-movies and contemporary masterpieces where human and non-human creatures coexist, showing how stories of contagion frequently rely on the metaphor of a healthy body attacked by some external agent.
On Sundays at sunset, The Magnetic Terrace will dive into eight performances by artists who turn vulnerability into powerful live music experiences.
