Eduardo Williams was born in Buenos Aires. After presenting his shorts at Cannes, FID Marseille, BAFICI and Transcinema, he made his feature debut with The Human Surge at the Locarno Film Festival, where it took first place in the Filmmakers of the Present competition and won second prize for Best Debut Feature.
