It all started one day in the second rib on their right. Following tehir experience with a disease, JOVENDELAPERLA reflects on it, language, on queer bodies, tumor reproductivity and non-normative reproductivity.

Rubén Herranz Zúñiga (1996 - 2016) Perla Zúñiga (2016) is an artist, dj, and poet from Spain based in Berlin. They are the co-founder of the party collective CULPA and of the performance reading series Poem Room, created with the poet Mariano Blatt. They have just had their first solo exhibition at Yaby: Tranquila no vas a poder describir en este momento, este momento and they are currently preparing their first EP, an exploration around poetry, language and the club universe, working with producers such as Lechuga Zafiro.
Elsa Estrella Echevarría (Madrid, 1997) is a visual artist based in Berlin. She studies at the University of Kunste (Udk), specializing in film and audiovisual arts. In her last solo project she collaborated with the Villem Flusser Archive to produce a publication. She collaborates with Poem Room in the development of content and graphic creation. She has done several works in cover designs and is preparing the artistic direction of a video-opera to be presented in December at the festival of contemporary music Mehrlicht.
