La Casa Encendida organizes with the Cooking Sections collective - nominated for the Turner Prize in 2021 - three days with a dozen international experts to find another model of eating, relating to the territory, and maintaining healthy ecosystems.
From November 17 to 19, the program contrasts the problems of intensive agricultural systems and large-scale distribution networks, with alternative practices that avoid or limit water pollution processes, dependence on chemicals in the field or discharges from macrofarms.
CLIMAVORE Agora is held within the framework of the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the European Union (PEUE) and prior to the 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28).
