Carlos Niño & Friends
For this edition of The Magnetic Terrace, Niño has invited two very special guests: pianist Jamael Dean, who at the tender age of twenty has already worked with the likes of Kamasi Washington, Thundercat and Miguel Atwood-Ferguson and recorded on the legendary California label Stones Throw; and Aaron Shaw, saxophonist with the experimental ensemble Black Nile and Dean’s habitual collaborator.
Carlos Niño & Friends is the principal project of producer, composer and percussionist Carlos Niño.
