"The bullying of victims in a toxic society" session. In Han Gong-ju, the director Lee Su-jin offers his delicate (though candid) take on toxic themes in society like the violence in daily life, the desire to perpetuate women's submission in a male chauvinist society, the defence and protection of the perpetrators of crime, and the vulnerability of the victims.
