It’s not coming, it’s already here. Alarm bells are sounding across the globe. We are witnessing the worst environmental crisis in history. Official rhetoric stubbornly insists on global responsibility, thereby quashing any sense of personal obligation: if the whole world is responsible, no one can be held accountable.
