Eye For Eye, Tooth For Tooth + talk with Jara Rocha
Within the programming of
Stones, Ghosts, Animals and Goddesses
12 Nov 2020
Duration: | 1 hour 30 minutes |
In this session we present three films that examine the power relations that human beings have constructed over animals. Using the musical genre, anthropological documentaries and the video clip aesthetic, we journey from the Dark Ages to the Vietnam War in an attempt to understand how this subjugation has shaped contemporary society and how we relate to the other.
