What do we mean by conflict? And peace? What conflicts affect the world and what peace processes are being built? What security policies? Do development processes have anything to do with them? Some parts of the world seem to be immersed in eternal conflicts while others live in permanent peace. It this perception real? What global responsibilities need to be assumed?
