Free jazz, rave tradition, PC music, polyrhythm, piano samples, distorted vocals, 3D animation and many more elements at the same time. Chaos and fantasy take us to other worlds.
RRUCCULLA, one of the leading exponents of experimental electronic music in Spain, presents a live show that combines drums with electronic production and a set of visuals created especially for the En Familia programme, filled with beats that explode in a surprising way and timbres and chords that challenge young and old alike. The visuals also include an animated image session, an invitation to participate in this imaginary world through painting.
Izaskun González, aka RRUCCULLA, is a northern girl who plays the drums with a passion. A Martian on the electronic music scene, her roots lie in jazz and improvisation. Her astonishingly inventive beats permeate her every movement and action. An audible world that travels to unknown universes through infinite layers of imaginary sounds. Her music career began in 2016 when she entered the Pop Rock Villa de Bilbao contest and won first prize in the “Electronica” category. Since then, her bold proposals have led her to perform at some of the most important music festivals, including BBK, Primavera Sound, Sónar and Nuits Sonores.
